This project was made to help the Hope Academy, operated by the award-winning Denver Street School (DSS) in Denver, Colorado, a hidden, alternative high school campus specifically developed for adolescent girls who are recovering from sex trafficking and have experienced complex trauma.
The video was also used as a teaching tool in middle and high schools and with volunteer groups throughout the state.
